Air Jordan Spizike was released on October 21, 2006, integrating the iconic elements of Air Jordan III, IV, V, VI, IX, XX and other shoes, by the famous Tinker Hatfield personally created. More recently, this hybrid wonder has been introduced in a low-top style, taking inspiration from the highly regarded Air Jordan 4 "Lightning".
The upper of the shoe is mainly yellow, Wolf gray, black color, with Wolf gray and black embellishment, creating a signature "lightning" atmosphere. Of note are Spike Lee's distinctive touches, such as Mars Blackmon's portrait and the 40 Acres and a Mule logo on a heel circular overlay. Spotted details in the midsole, a visible Air unit for ultimate comfort, and a transparent translucent outsole (black tread) complete the design.
